Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → שלט לטלוויזיה → Cancel Subscription (Hebrew iOS: הגדרות ← השם שלכם ← מינויים), or from the App: Settings → ניהול מינוי.
Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. For the weekly subscription's 7-day free trial: if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the 7 days end, the subscription continues automatically as a paid subscription. After cancellation, Pro stays available until the end of the period already paid for, unless you receive a refund for that period.
Cancellation and refunds
- Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly because we don't process payments.
- How to send a cancellation notice to us (Israeli Consumer Protection Law, section 14I): Apple processes subscription cancellation and refunds; we cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf. The fastest way is to cancel the subscription on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or in the App: Settings → ניהול מינוי). You can also email support@hustlemania.dev; we will reply within 3 business days with the cancellation steps (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions) and Apple's link (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Refund requests: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Your statutory rights (including cancelling a continuing transaction and a distance transaction) are set out in the Terms of Use, section 6.
How do I restore purchases?
In the App: Settings → שחזור רכישות (Restore Purchases), or "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. The subscription belongs to the Apple Account it was bought with, so make sure your iPhone is signed in to that account.
How do I turn off usage data sharing?
In the App: Settings → Legal & Privacy → "שיתוף נתוני שימוש". From that moment, no usage events or error reports are sent from your device. The App works the same, including Pro, whether this is on or off. What is collected and why: Privacy Policy, section 4.
The App can't find my TV
- The iPhone and the TV must be on the same Wi‑Fi network; the TV must be on and allow network control.
- The first connection must be approved on the TV (Samsung: "Allow" prompt, which may require the TV's own remote or buttons; LG: entering the PIN shown on the TV; Google TV / Android TV: entering the code shown on the TV, see Connecting a TV with Google TV or Android TV).
- Router settings (e.g. guest networks, client isolation) can block the connection.
- If you declined the Local Network permission, you can still enter the TV's IP address manually, or change the permission later in iPhone Settings.
- Supported models: Samsung smart TVs (Tizen) from 2016 onward, and LG smart TVs (webOS) that support network remote control, and TVs running Google TV or Android TV on which the TV's own remote-control service is available (tested on selected models only; availability depends on the model, the TV's software version and the network). Not every model has been tested, so please check in the App that your TV connects before you subscribe.
- Turning the TV on from the App, where available in the App, depends on the TV model, its settings and the network, and isn't available on all models or in all conditions.
Connecting a TV with Google TV or Android TV
- Make sure the iPhone and the TV are on the same Wi‑Fi network, and that the TV is on and showing its home screen.
- In the App, choose Google TV / Android TV, then your TV from the list (or enter its IP address).
- A 6-character code (digits and the letters A–F) appears on the TV. Type it in the App. The code is shown only on the TV and is never sent to us.
- From then on, the TV remembers the App on this iPhone, so no code is needed next time.
- Pairing keeps failing, or the TV asks for a code every time: restart the TV and try again. If that doesn't help, open the TV's app settings, choose "Android TV Remote Service", clear its data and restart the TV (menu names differ by model).
- On TVs with Google TV or Android TV, the App doesn't show input (HDMI) buttons, because they usually don't work through these TVs' remote-control interface.
- The App has been tested on selected models only, and not every TV with Google TV or Android TV works with it. TV software updates may change compatibility. Please check in the App that your TV connects before you subscribe.
